The chronicles narrate about the institution of the annual fair in 1461:
«Before entering the Town there is a suburb, in which the annual
Fair is kept in the third Sunday of May, and is was founded the year 1461,
famous for bovine Livestock, equine, and donkeys, and also for the commodities
that the merchants transport to sell, and moreover the trees are growing,

Also the monuments seem different, in a festive frame and distant from the calm of every day.
From Santa Croce up to the center is full of benches of
sale and people.
